- You must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

- Fill the return and refund form
- Provide a reason for the return and submit your request. By Max within 2 working days our team will contact you.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
1.4 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
- Refunds
2.1 Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@tradexact.in with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund.
- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once the item is received.
